🌟BOOKING FEE 🌟

Just a friendly reminder about our appointments and cancellations policy.

 

At our Clinic we offer free consultations for all the treatments & services we provide. This is so any questions you may have can be answered and so you can also meet your practitioner and to put you at ease before you commit to booking. 

Booking any type of procedure can be daunting so either face to-face, online or via phone call we aim to answer any questions you may have so that you're fully confident before paying your booking fee and committing to your treatment.

Should you wish to change any appointment with us we would require you do this 48 hours prior to your treatment and will have the opportunity to change your appointment without losing your booking fee 
. 

ALL BOOKING FEES  ARE NON REFUNDABLE ONCE PAID.

Any later than the 48 hours you will lose your Booking fee  & to rebook, another deposit or possible payment in full would be required. You may only move an appointment once.

 

This also applies to late appointments whereby 15 minutes or more will be classed as late and we will have to re arrange your appointment and the booking fee  will be non refundable. We only do this as we are a busy clinic and want each of our clients to experience our full attention and time and recieve the best service possible. We also do not want other clients having to wait around when they have turned up on time for their appointment.

All booking fees must be made through the online booking system when booking your appointment.  🙂
